LE RIPE is a two-storied house, perched on a hill with lovely views, carefully restored and divided in five holiday apartments, all with independent access, now available for summer vacation rentals on a weekly basis.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool (size 13x6 mts), barbecue, children's playground, covered car parking place.

The surrounding grounds include fields of wheat, sun flowers, olive and walnut groves, more than 10 hectares woods and a beautiful pond - besides the owners' residence and a few other houses.

TORRE DELLA SAPIENZA is located along the Tiber valley, a twenty-minutes drive south from Perugia, the region's capital.
