Rental Terms and Conditions
- Swimming pool
The swimming pool is unattended: children must
always be supervised by an adult swimmer when in or near the pool.
The pool is generally open June through September; however, opening
and/or closing dates may be changed at our sole
discretion depending on weather conditions, security reasons or any
other condition which may apply.
- What is included
Rates include apartment
rental from h16:00 on arrival date to h10:00 on departure date, use
of water, electricity, gas for cooking, hot water and heating,
initial and final cleaning, bathroom towels and bed linen each week
for the number of guests booked.
- What is NOT included
Laundry service is not included
and shall be settled separately with the housekeepers.
- Payment terms
A 30% deposit must be paid on
booking, the balance no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Failure
to pay the balance in time may result in cancellation of booking and
loss of deposit. If arrival date is less than 30 days away, then full
payment must be made on booking.
- Cancellation policy
In case a booking is
cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be
possible. If notice is 15 days or more and rental balance has been
regularly paid for, 30% of total rental will be refunded.
- Payment method
We accept payments by credit card
through PayPalŪ as well as personal/bank cheques and money orders. Complete
payment instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
- Security deposit
A cash deposit of Euro 200
for loss & damages will be charged on arrival; such deposit will
be refunded on departure after deduction of breakages, losses and
other incidental charges.
- On arrival date
Check-in time is between
h16:00 and h20:00. Please plan your trip in order to be sure you will
arrive in time. Should you arrive earlier, please be patient while
the apartment is being prepared for you; in case of
late arrival, PLEASE inform us in time at phone +39 346 0146318.
- On departure date
Check-out time is within
h10:00 in the morning: we won't be too strict, but we need time to prepare the apartment for the next guests!
- Pets
Most unfortunately we CANNOT accept pets.
- Identification
As required by the Italian
law, a valid passport or other ID must be shown on arrival.
